All claims must be received by 15th August 2010 .

Consumers need to provide original itemised till receipts dated between 1st February and 30th April 2010 clearly showing their purchase of Imedeen Time Perfection across a minimum of 90 days stock, a statement of a minimum of 25 words as to why they were dissatisfied, together with their name, email and address. Receipts will not be returned. Please write clearly the name the cheque is to be made out to. Please also include the word "YES" if you would like to receive further marketing information about Imedeen. A cheque refund to the same amount as the price paid, as per supplied till receipts, for the 90 day stock will then be supplied within 28 days of receipt of claim. Limited to one application per household.
