Do more for your skin

Remembering to take the tablets isn't always that easy! The secret is to tie it into one of your existing routines. For example put your IMEDEENĀ® pack next to your cleanser, moisturiser or toothbrush to remind you to take it first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

If you forget to take a tablet on any particular day, don't worry. Just take the next one as soon as you remember.

Here are a few of our favourite ideas for helping to make your skin look and feel even healthier:

  • Gently exfoliate twice a week to remove the build up of dead skin cells that can cause a dull, lifeless complexion.
  • For luminous skin, choose foundations containing light-reflective particles.
  • Avoid smoky atmospheres.
  • Try to get at least 8 hours sleep every night.
  • Eat plenty of fresh anti-oxidant rich fruit and vegetables.
  • Aim to cut down on red meats and alcohol and make sure you include plenty of poultry, fish, whole grains and nuts in your diet.
  • Take regular exercise. Exercise boosts circulation for a natural healthy glow.
  • Wear moisturisers or make-up products with a suitable SPF.
  • Choose skincare products that are fragrance and alcohol free and look for oil-free makeup ranges.
